Purchasing artwork online can be difficult to envisage, use the following guide to help your order fit perfectly in your home. If you have any further questions please send a message to hello@laurieking.co.uk.
Small: 40 x 40cm paper size artwork 36 x 36cm, leaving a 2cm border space for signing, titling and numbering.
Large: 40 x 40cm paper size artwork 36 x 36cm, leaving a 2cm border space for signing, titling and numbering.
Medium: 30 x 30cm paper size 27 x 27cm artwork, leaving a1.5cm border space for signing, titling and numbering.
Portrait/ Landscape: Varied paper size, leaving a1cm border space for signing, titling and numbering.
Delivery
You can expect your order to be posted out to you within 2 working days, if for any reason this may take longer than expected I will get in touch with you via email.
All deliveries are sent using Royal Mail, for deliveries within the UK a £3.00 delivery fee will be applied to your order at checkout. For items to be delivered to anywhere outside of the UK a £10.00 delivery fee will be added.
Any customs charges incurred with deliveries outside of the UK cannot be pre-empted or reimbursed by Laurie King.

How long will my order take to arrive?
I aim to fulfil orders within 2 working day, if I estimate this to take any longer I will get in touch with you via email.
Do you offer framing?
I no longer offer framing directly from the website, however you can purchase framed artwork from one of my stockists or I can deliver un-framed artwork directly to a local framer to you and assist in getting this done for you..
Can I see your illustrations in real life?
The best place to see my work is to visit one of my stockists.
Do you do commissions?
Yes, I have worked on various bespoke projects for individuals and businesses, if you’d like to talk more about your ideas then send me an email, hello@laurieking.co.uk .
Original Pen & Ink illustrations
Do you offer returns or refunds?
This product is created to order and each piece unique, there will be no opportunity for a return or refund. However if your artwork doesn’t turn up or is damaged please email me.
How close will the illustration be to the original photograph?
The artwork will be an interpretation of your moment in my unique black pen style. Expect slight variations from the photograph as I will draw each scene as I see it.
How will I send you a photograph?
Once you’ve placed your order I will send over an email with the instructions.
How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
I plan to create the artwork and deliver within a 1-2 week timescale, I will keep you up to date via email.
Can I have a discount if I order more than one?
For orders betwen 1-5 the price will be the same, if you’d like 5+ please send me an email for more information.
